Legal Notice

The Hexahedron 999® Units are warranted to the Original Consumer Purchaser on register (non-transferable) for the period indicated (3 to 10 years according to the model) from the date of purchase, against defects in material or workmanship.  The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall consist of repair or replacement, at its option, of any part found by manufacturer inspection to be defective, provided that the product has not been misused, abused, altered or damaged as determined by the manufacturer.   Tampering with the Hexahedron 999® Unit (opening it or disassembling) VOIDS ALL WARRANTY … and also nullifies the Unified Field process thus making it inoperational.  Units returned for servicing are to be shipped PREPAID to the address indicated … collect shipments will be refused.  

Hexahedron 999 ® - Limited Warranty

The Filter Housings attached to the Hexahedron 999® Units are covered under the Original Manufacturers Warranty for one year and are NOT covered under the Hexahedron warranty.   

THE FILTER CARTRIDGES (KDF, Sediment, Activated Carbon) are consumable items which must be replaced on a regular basis (depending on the quality and quantity of water used) and are not covered under any warranty (unless damaged during shipment which must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order)  Wearable or removable parts such as diverter valves, adaptors, hoses, etc. are NOT covered under warranty.
