This large Big Blue DUO Filter Model is ideal for households of 5 or more persons, using a large volume of water ... with a garden and/or small greenhouse ... Also for small commerce, small motels/hotels, etc. ... with dwelling surface areas up to 5000+ square feet.

Comes with a DUO filtering system of sediment and KDF®55 GAC (for chlorine, algae, heavy metals, trihalomethanes, pesticides, etc.). The KDF cartridge is good for approximately 60,000 gallons or 240,000 liters. Filters are good for POTABLE water only.

The sediment cartridge helps prolong the life of the KDF®55 GAC filter and should be replaced every 6 to 8 months. The KDF cartridge should be replaced every 8 to 12 months ... depending on the quality & quantity of water used.
